Application
The application of Terra Aquatica CalMag is simple and straightforward. Here is a step-by-step guide:
- Add 1.5 ml of Terra Aquatica CalMag per liter of irrigation water.
- For reverse osmosis filtration: Add 2 ml per liter of water before adding the nutrient solution.
- When growing with coco coir: If using soil-free or soil-based substrate mixtures or coco blocks for soaking, use 1.5 ml per liter to moisten the medium (until saturated). In the following two weeks, add the same amount to the nutrient solution. For fast-growing annual species, continuous application may be beneficial.

Note that Terra Aquatica CalMag should not be used together with Terra Aquatica recipes for soft water, DualPart® Coco, or NovaMax®, as they already contain sufficient calcium, even if the water is filtered via reverse osmosis.
