You can find ready-assembled lighting sets here. These contain all the parts you need to install solid indoor lighting. From complete sets with sodium vapour lamps and metal halide lamps to plug-in fittings with fluorescent tubes, you will find the right complete set for every application. The size to be selected, i.e. wattage, depends on the area you want to illuminate. In our complete grow box sets, we have selected a suitable wattage for each size, which you can use as a guide.
We only sell light sources with a spectrum and output that are ideal for growing plants indoors. If you want to achieve optimum results, it is advisable to use a separate light source for growth and flowering. Growing plants benefit particularly from the bluish spectrum of a metal halide lamp, while flowering plants prefer the reddish spectrum of a sodium vapour lamp.

Sodium vapour lamps have been tried and tested plant lamps for a long time and are very popular with indoor gardeners. They emit light in the warm yellow-red region of the spectrum, which is particularly favourable for photosynthesis and flower growth. Although modern LED full spectrum plant lamps are leading the way in efficiency, quality and energy savings, sodium vapour lamps are still an excellent choice, especially for flowering plants.
The distance between the sodium vapour lamps and the top of the plant plays a decisive role in healthy plant growth. As a rule, the distance should be around 30 to 60 cm. You can shorten the distance by using air-cooled reflectors, as heat dissipation is improved and the plants can therefore be closer to the light source.
Metal halide (MH) and high pressure sodium (HPS) lamps have different properties that make them suitable for different growth phases of your plants. MH lamps are rich in blue light and are ideal for the growth phase as they promote vegetative growth and the formation of healthy leaves and stems. HPS lamps, on the other hand, emit more red light and are ideal for the flowering phase as they favour flower growth and fruit formation. Many indoor growers use MH lamps during the growth phase and switch to HPS lamps when the plants enter the flowering phase.
