This year, everything is different at GBK, and to make sure everyone knows in time, here's an overview of our opening hours in December and what else is related to that.
First of all, we will be taking company holidays from December 16th to December 27th. Many regular customers know that this is a bit unusual, as we are usually available between the holidays as well. However, we've been struggling with many absences recently, and a lot of vacation time has accumulated that the staff and the boss still want to take. We think the timing just before Christmas is perfect, as most of you would prefer spending time with family rather than dealing with new grow equipment, right? :-)
- No package shipping: The last packages will be sent on December 13th, and after that, we will start processing the orders we received during the break on December 30th, in the order they came in. This will take a few days, so we ask for your patience. It is expected that orders placed after December 12th will most likely arrive in the new year. Please keep this in mind. We will also update the shipping time in the shop accordingly.
- No support: Since no one will be available during this period, there will be no phone or email support. You are, of course, welcome to send us messages, but they will only be answered in the new year. If you have any inquiries, feel free to email us at hilfe@gbk-shop.de and please be patient for a response. We also ask that you refrain from asking when you'll get an answer. It won't speed up the process; it only causes chaos. We won’t forget anyone and will do our best to process everything quickly after the company holidays.
- The store will be closed: The store will also be closed during this time. If you need anything before then, please stock up in time. We are open on Saturday, December 14th. This is your last chance in 2024 to get what you need, whether it's soil, fertilizer, pots, or a new lamp. We look forward to your visit that day. There will be cookies :-D
- No Instagram posts: Of course, this also means there won’t be any social media posts. However, as we mentioned during the autumn holidays, we already have some ideas lined up, and we're excited to share them with you soon. We hope you're looking forward to it as much as we are!
